Become Happy In A Matter Of Hours
Following the tips listed in this article will help you to become happy within the next couple of hours. You may not believe that this is possible, and if you don't believe me then the best way to find out is to actually try it. If you're feeling sad then don't sit there moping about. Do something about it. There is no need to stay unhappy.

1. Increase your energy levels. Having lack of energy is one of the things that make people feel lethargic and unhappy. It is therefore a good idea to get up and move around. Do not sit down all day. Try going for a walk even if it's for ten minutes. When you're speaking on the telephone move about. Boosting your metabolism and energy levels will help you to become happy.

2. Address those difficult tasks. If you have something that needs doing then do it. Putting it off will only make you feel miserable and unhappy. Crossing off items on your to do list can instantly make you feel proud, which in turn will lead to happiness.

3. Meet up with friends. Many people spend long periods alone, and do not take the time to socialise with their friends. Spending time bonding with friends can help improve your mood help you to become happy.

4. Create a better home or work environment. If your home needs cleaning, or your desk is cluttered this can make you feel unhappy. If you open your wardrobe in the mornings and all your clothes fall out then you're instantly feeling stressed. Therefore take the time to organise your wardrobe. You will be surprised how much better you will feel opening that door in the morning, and seeing your clothes neatly on the shelf instead of picking them up off the floor.

5. Plan ahead. Make plans with your family and friends. Organise a day or night out. Having something to look forward to can instantly boost your mood. When you're having a hard day at work you can think ahead to your plans and realise that at the end of a hard day's work your will have something fun to look forward to.

6. Do something good for someone. You will become happy knowing you have done a good deed. Help someone at work, or make someone else feel good by praising them. Getting thanks from someone can instantly make us feel worthwhile and put a smile on our face, not to mention the person that we have helped.

7. Put a smile on your face and act happy. This may sound crazy but it can actually make you become happy. Looking happy towards your family and colleges will encourage them to be happy, therefore lifting the home or work environment and making it a better one.
